This project calls for the Tenant Build-Out of a LaundroLab laundromat. Trades: Plumbing – Supply labor and materials for new restrooms, washing machines, trench drains, water heaters and gas piping, etc. Electric – Supply labor and materials for new service, panels, lighting and power circuits. HVAC – Supply labor and materials for new RTU, ductwork, diffusers, gravity ventilators, dryer and restroom exhaust. Framing/Drywall – Frame, rock and finish new walls per plan. Acoustic Ceiling – Supply labor and materials for new acoustic ceilings. Epoxy Flooring – Supply labor and materials for epoxy flooring and vinyl base. Paint – Paint walls, doors and frames. Supply and install wallcovering WC-2. Concrete – Saw cutting and patching for plumbing and electrical trenches. New trough drain for washing machines. Demolition – Demo walls, ceilings, flooring and doors. Demo concrete for new plumbing trenches. Bulkheads – See plans. Roofing – Roofing work for dryer and water heater vents, gravity ventilators and plumbing vents. See Sheet M-200.
