Project Description: JC Curtis Construction LLC is pleased to extend this invitation to bid on the James A. Henry Hub Phase 1 Head Start Facility Project. This project includes renovating the existing 2 story Elementary School Facility and adding a new wing with site upgrades totaling 29,965 SF with a 1.2 Acre site development located in Chattanooga, TN.

Metals, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Division 8 & 10 install, Wall Panels, Siding, Waterproofing & Caulking; Insulation, Roofing, Doors, Storefront & Windows, Drywall & Metal Framing, ACT, FRP, Acoustical Panels and Sound Ceilings, Flooring: Tile, Rubber Base, Epoxy, Sealed and Polished Concrete, LVT, Treading, Painting, Specialties, Fire Extinguishers, Signage Install, Equipment Install, Elevators, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sitework & Utilities, Asphalt, Landscaping & Irrigation and Site Fixture Improvements.
