New Construction of a 14+ acre site, 7,500+ sf of Sales & Service Facility and a 4,800+ sf Auction Facility for CarMax Auto Superstores. Construction is scheduled to begin early June 2024.

  PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THE PROJECT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AS A SINGLE PROJECT, THERE ARE 2 SEPARATE SETS OF DRAWINGS INCLUDING SEPARATE CIVIL DOCUMENTS. ONE SET FOR THE XF SALES/SERVICE BUILDING AND ANOTHER FOR THE AUCTION BUILDING. PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW AND INCLUDE BOTH SETS OF DRAWINGS.

Addendum 2 is a RE-ISSUE of ALL CURRENT drawings for each building.  Only those drawings in ADDENDUM 2 should be considered current and applicable to the bid, all others should be considered OBSOLETE.  Addendum 2 supersedes and replaces Addendum 1 and the prior bid set issuance
