CTC Aviation Tech Facility Punta Gorda Airport

New Construction with Site Work of a 17,500 SF classroom and hangar building. The project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a new Aviation Maintenance Technician School comprised of classroom/office space (Approx. 7,200 SF) including an attached hangar with caged storage (Approx. 143’ x 72’). The project will also include the construction of required civil items such as the construction of a new 100-space parking lot and associate roadway connectors to the existing Air Center parking lot, stormwater drainage, underground utilities, landscaping, tie-ins to an existing aircraft apron and AOA fencing. The new facility will be located on the North Apron to the east of the PGD Air Center. Please note that the selected contractor will be required to secure any necessary permitting (Including Charlotte County Building Department) required before the commencement of work.
