The community will consist of 11 one bedrooms, 52 two bedrooms and 7 three bedroom units family living units.  The unit interiors will be good quality with vinyl wood plank flooring in entries, kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, carpet in bedrooms and closets, black apartment grade appliances, real wood "Shaker" style cabinets with standard laminate tops, and with lighting and plumbing fixtures per schedules on 

plans.  The community will have a Leasing / Community Center with an amenity patio, sitting areas, maintenance rooms, community postal center, a trash/recycle area.  The Clubhouse will also have a state of the art fitness center and a clubroom with a modern design that fosters activity, wireless internet, a cyber cafe, and plasma TVs
