R.D. Anderson ATC Additions and Renovations is composed of an approx. 50,000 sq ft addition over 2 stories that includes: Multi-purpose room, Culinary Kitchens, Mechatronics room, café, offices, 11 classrooms, health science labs, and group restrooms. Scopes of work will include sitework, force main and a pump station, concrete foundations and slab, load-bearing masonry walls with brick, EIFS, and Nichiha wall panels, steel beams and bar joists, Mod-bit roof, storefront & windows, elevator, complete MEP systems, AV systems, fully sprinkled, complete interior finishes with casework and various flooring, food service equipment, including walk in freezers and coolers. Construction is expected to start September 2025 and be completed by July 2027.
