Brief Project Description: Demo of an existing Krystal building and site.  There is asbestos to be removed from the Krystal building.  There are some concerns in the soils report for soft soils of the upper layers of some borings.  The site will be graded for a new block and bar joist building with EFIS and stone veneer and no interior finishes.
