Site work and new construction of a library in Hampstead, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot, one-story above grade library; and for site work for a library. construction of a new 20,000 square foot library and associated site improvements. Scope of the work is further defined by the project manual and drawings. Licensed general contractors are invited to submit a single prime, fixed contract sealed bid to Pender County. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Requests for substitution requests shall be submitted in writing to the Architect. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
