The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements with utilities 0.73ac (0.43 ac disturbed) to include concrete paving, asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, MSE Retaining wall, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents.  New wood framed, structural steel, and wood truss supported building with included finished sales space (1st Floor = 1794 sf & Basement = 1771 sf). Exterior finishes include stone veneer and fiber cement siding.  Interiors include stained concrete, paint, wall framing, drywall, ceilings, and full MEP’s.
