Adron F. Thompson Water & Sewer Facility Hillsborough, NC

DESCRIPTON OF PROJECT:  The Town of Hillsborough will renovate approximately 2400 sf of the existing two-story Adron F. Thompson Building in Hillsborough, NC and add an approximately 5,000 sf wood  and steel framed addition.  The renovation and addition will create enlarged and improved offices and storage areas for the Utilities Department and consolidate their operations into one facility   The work also includes creating a pre-engineering buildng used for vehicle and equipment storage and will be bid as an alternate.   The project scope consists of civil, structural, architectural, landscape, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, security and communications.
