Project Summary: This is a Raze and Rebuild, 1,400sqft building and 6 MPD stacked with DEF. Includes all site/structural demolition and development, utilities, concrete paving, fuel system removal and new system installation support, building/canopy foundations. Work includes demolition and environmental coordination, complete earthwork and grading, installation of storm, water, and sanitary systems, electrical and plumbing/mechanical infrastructure, and all GC responsibilities associated with modular building and canopy erection by Frey-Moss. The contractor will also provide required testing, inspections, documentation, and Murphy-specific GC scope items such as pump toppers, decals, interior specialties, and final cleaning.
