NCDOA - Dobbs Bldg Restroom Renovation Raleigh, NC

SCOPE OF WORK:  The work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of twelve restrooms plus bid alternates for four restrooms at the Dobbs Building located at 430 N Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.  Please Review Preliminary Project Schedule posted with specifications.

A Site Walk Thru with Fady Wahby will be available for sub-contractors on Tuesday 7/9/24 at 2:00 PM. Meet at the Main 3rd floor entrance where security is located.  *****
