A new 5-story building that is 186,685 SF in total.  Required trades consist of grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete, concrete polishing, masonry, structural steel, structural metal studs, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, casework/countertops, waterproofing/joint sealants, stucco, TPO roofing, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum storefront, non-structural metal framing, drywall/ACT ceilings, painting, specialties, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security, fire alarm, etc. 

RFI's are due by 5 EST Thursday, 10/10/24. 

Proposals are due by 5 pm EST Wednesday, 10/23/24.
