DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:  Renovation of an existing lounge and game room in the Student Center at NC A&T State University to convert to an E-sports space.  Scope of work will include new finishes and reconfiguring of Fire Sprinkler and HVAC units and associated Electrical.
