Ole Smoky Distillery & Yee Haw Brewery is located at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC and consists of two buildings on site.

The Main Building, designed for a future 3rd floor expansion, is a two-story brick building housing a retail space, distillery, restaurant, and dining areas. This building is a steel/concrete composite structural frame that rests on top of pile caps, on top of 300+ wooden piles which are 35' deep, and featuring a TPO roof with a parapet.

The second, a Beer Garden Pavilion, will be constructed with load-bearing studs. It has a pitched roof with dormers and includes storage areas, restrooms, and an outdoor bar.
