We are pricing the construction documents for a middle of June start. The Douglasville Conference Center will not be open during renovation. The site walk-thru is scheduled for May 7, 2025 at 9:00 am to 11:00 am. a sign in sheet will be on site for all attendees. Park in the adjacent parking deck. Enter through the main entrance located at the Porte cochere. We highly recommend that you attend this site walk to review locations of the loading dock / elevator / service corridor and dumpster locations. In addition, the site walk will give you the magnitude of the existing wood trim and public doors that will be refinished; ceiling heights; theatre high ceilings / sloped flooring; vwc / wall patching requirements; stage millwork to be renovated with film & new countertop; existing folding partitions; etc
