This is an awarded project to us. The project includes renovation to an existing 55+ senior living facility in Suwanee, Georgia. This project will be starting in June 2025 upon permit approval and will be completed in late fall 2025. The scope is to include, but not limited to, the following: 1. Conversion of forty-one (41) existing assisted living units into independent living apartment units. 2. Conversion of fifteen (15) existing memory care units to independent living units. 3. Construct eleven (11) new independent living units. 4. Minor renovations of lobby, reception administration, and community lodge. 5. Demolition of an existing storage area in the basement to create new vehicular parking. 6. Work will be completed during normal business hours. Site Visit Date - Friday, May 9th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. RFI Deadline - Wednesday, May 14th by 4:00 pm. Bid Due Date - Wednesday, May 21st at the end of the day. Pricing Breakouts - the client has requested pricing be broken out by areas. We will provide these areas by Wednesday, May 14th if not sooner.

I've uploaded two new documents under the Files section which are the 1st and 2nd floor phasing plan. Please note that all units will be completely vacant and can be worked on at the same time during normal business hours. However, the client would like the units finished in the order that is shown on these phasing plans as they would like to get the renovated units leased as quickly as possible.
