Onelife Fitness Ashburn, VA

The project is a tenant fit-out to renovate an existing empty department store to become a Onelife fitness gymnasium. The area of work is 47,651 sf. The scope includes demolition of all existing systems, finishes, fixtures and equipment. A new +/- 7,000 sf mezzanine with elevator is included. The new work includes proposed group fitness spaces, proposed open gym spaces, proposed pool, spa, cold plunge pool, locker rooms, proposed kids club and recovery suite, proposed outdoor exercise area, all associated structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
