Kennesaw State University Chastain Pointe Bldg. 100 Phase 2 Kennesaw, GA

The project scope is based on the renovation of 18,897 Sq.Ft. at Suites 101, 107, & 109 located in Kennesaw, GA within the Kennesaw campus area of Kennesaw State University at Chastain Pointe Building 100. The renovation will be focused on accommodating the new buildout for the use of Kennesaw State University’s College of the Arts (COTA). The COTA Visual Arts programs will include interior demolition, interior renovation, and minor exterior improvements. New spaces to include two (2) Labs, one Art Education classroom, none (1) 3D classroom, a Shooting Studio w/ cyc wall, a Photo Studio, Developing Room, Film Change Room, Art Galleries, as well as support spaces. The COTA programs will be relocating from their existing space in KC Visual Arts building to this new renovated space at Chastain Pointe.
