FSU Parking Deck East Fayetteville, NC

Site work for a mixed-use development in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot. The work under this project consists of constructing a Parking Deck to provide 235 parking spaces in a multi-story precast parking structure. This will include updated landsaping and improved pedestrian crossing of MLK, a cast-in-place retaining wall and relocation of utilities including stormwater, sanitary sewer and underground electrical. Serval Add Alternates include an additional half level of parking and aesthetic improvement to the precast.The scope of the project includes but not limited to final cleaning, survey, concrete, precast structural concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, barrier cable system, dampproofing, waterproofing,traffic coatings, vapor retarders, insulation, fluid-applied air barrier, TPO roofing, roof accessories, fire stopping, joint sealants,flashing and trim,HM frames & doors, door hardware, storefronts, glazing, exterior painting, high-performance coatings,traffic stripping paint, panel signage, elevators,plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications,elevator recall system, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete paving,landscape, storm drainage utilities, sanitary sewer, and water utilities.
